Check out this inspirational story on our CEO, Tyler Weaver! https://blackbeltmag.com/arts/history-philosophy/how-martial-arts-can-combat-autism
Jaspie’s Journey is a family non-profit chapter developed by The Weaver Family under their 501 c3 KickwithmeKidsWorldwide. As a newly diagnosed 23 adult son and 8-year-old son with autism, our family is motivated to support autism awareness and share our story. With over 100+ combined family years in martial arts, we are confident on how we can advocate and bring awareness to both the autism and martial arts community. We are experts on expertise with Tyler Jr. and Jasper (living with autism) plus we have done a lot of research to gain more knowledge on autism by attending worldwide conferences and working with several other autism communities.
Jaspie’s Journey provides Sensory Relief Zones at events through the United States and hosts Denver Neuro-Diversity Awareness Day in Douglas County. This is an all in one, resource fair with Key-Note Speakers, Guest Speakers, Workshops and Exhibitors to help spread Neuro-Diversity Awareness and service those with ID/IDD abilities. Our CEO has a personal mission to reverse the word autism to Neuro-diversity.
